The ground rules for using Wheely Good Times.
These terms cover your use of Wheely Good Times. Reading the site means you accept them, so here they are in plain language.
This page began as a standard template and was adapted to how Wheely Good Times works. Have a lawyer review it before treating any of it as legal advice.
The site is here for your personal use: planning outings, reading reviews, and sharing links with friends. Do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it with bots, or use it to build a competing database.
Our reviews describe what we found on our own visit: the parking, the entrances, the customer service, the restrooms, and the dining. That is a snapshot of one day on wheels. It is not a certification, and venues change.
Venues remodel, staff turn over, elevators break, and events move. Before a big outing, call the venue and confirm the details that matter to you. We are not certifying any venue as ADA compliant, and we cannot promise your experience will match ours.
The words, photos, ratings, and graphics on this site belong to Wheely Good Times unless we say otherwise. Quote a line or two with a link back any time. Republishing full reviews, photos, or our rating format without permission is not okay.
We link out to venues, ticket sellers, and other resources. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for what happens there.
Some outbound links may earn us a commission. The details live in our Affiliate Disclosure.
The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep everything accurate and current, but we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and information can go out of date without notice.
To the fullest extent California law allows, Wheely Good Times and its owners are not liable for damages that come from using this site or acting on its information. If you disagree with these terms, your remedy is to stop using the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute belongs in the courts of Los Angeles County.
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
