Cookie Policy

What this site stores in your browser, why, and how to turn it off.

LAST UPDATED: JULY 19, 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar browser storage Wheely Good Times uses, why we use them, and how you can turn them off.

A NOTE BEFORE YOU READ

This page began as a standard template and was adapted to how Wheely Good Times works. Have a lawyer review it before treating any of it as legal advice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They help a site remember things between visits: settings you chose, whether you closed a notice, and which pages get read. Similar tools, like local storage, do the same job in a slightly different way.

What this site uses

This site uses three kinds of storage.

  • Functional storage. When you close the cookie notice, we save a flag in your browser so the notice stays closed on your next visit.
  • Analytics cookies. These count visits and show us which reviews and guides get read the most, so we know what to write next.
  • Third-party cookies. Embedded content, like maps or videos from other platforms, can set its own cookies under that platform’s policy.

What we do not use

We do not use cookies to sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.

How to control cookies

Your browser can block or delete cookies whenever you like. Look for the privacy or site data settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Clearing site data also resets the cookie notice, so it will show again on your next visit.

Blocking every cookie can affect how some parts of the site work, but the reviews and guides will still read fine.

Changes to this policy

If our cookie use changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
