What we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Wheely Good Times is run by Cielo and Mike in Los Angeles. This policy covers what happens to your information when you read the site, grab the free LA guide, or send us a message.
We collect as little as we can, we never sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete what we hold.
This page began as a standard template and was adapted to how Wheely Good Times works. Have a lawyer review it before treating any of it as legal advice.
You give us some information directly. The guide form asks for your name and email address. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box.
Some information arrives on its own while you browse.
We use it for four things.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party ad networks on this site.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and the emails stop. You can also write to us and we will remove you by hand.
We share information only with the services that keep this site running: the company that hosts it, the service that delivers our emails, and the analytics tool that counts visits. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Beyond that, we would only hand over information if the law required it.
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. The full list, and how to turn them off, lives in our Cookie Policy.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
If you live in California, state law gives you specific rights over your personal information, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion. We honor those requests from everyone, not just Californians.
This site is written for adults planning outings and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get a note in the email newsletter too.
For privacy questions or requests about your data, email hello@itswheelygoodtimes.com and a real human will reply.
